If Dr. Kohli confirms you’re a candidate for the membership, enrollment ($99 one-time) and your first month ($127) begin at that visit, and a card is collected at that point to activate ongoing monthly billing. Individual results and treatment intervals vary.
Membership includes provider time and product within the three covered treatment areas (forehead, glabella “11s”, and crow’s feet); visit frequency and spacing are determined by your individual treatment plan with Dr. Kohli.
