Lakewood Med Spa receives 40% for the clinical setting, equipment access and agreed operational support. Injectable service arrangements are negotiated individually. Final responsibilities, consumables, scheduling, pricing and payment terms will be documented in the written agreement.

Approved providers must provide appropriate professional malpractice coverage before treating clients. This is verified during credentialing.
Am I automatically accepted after applying?
No. Applications are reviewed based on credentials, experience, services, scheduling fit and clinic standards.
